Every time the cake was baked, it would always collapse (abnormal shrinkage). After trying it a few times, I decided to try a different recipe, and I searched for Rabbit’s Qifeng recipe—I don’t know if it’s because the dura mat has been worn out with the oven or if it’s really the recipe. After changing the recipe, it never failed again. Of course, if cracking is not a problem. I have never baked a perfect chiffon without cracking.
