Fried rice
Overview
Yesterday, I had a treat for dinner. I ordered a lot of dishes and had a lot of rice left. I packed them all up. I remembered that leftover rice is best eaten fried, so I got ready to start at noon. This is my first time making a recipe and it’s not detailed enough. I hope you can give me more feedback.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients, shred the carrots, cut the tomatoes into small pieces, chop the green onions, and beat the eggs
-
Heat the leftover rice in the microwave for two minutes (I made it for two people, so I also had two eggs)
-
Pour the beaten egg liquid into the hot rice
-
Stir well and it will become golden brown. (For those who like omelette rice, you can just use the rice mixed with the eggs, put it into the oil pan and stir-fry, add an appropriate amount of salt, and make fried rice filled with omelette.)
-
Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot according to the amount of rice. When the oil is slightly hot, add tomatoes first, then add carrots.
-
Stir-fry half-cooked
-
Pour in the rice, continue to stir-fry, and add an appropriate amount of salt (add salt at this time, the salt will be stirred evenly)
-
When the rice is almost cooked, add the green onions, stir-fry for a while, and then it's ready to serve.
