Cut green radish and carrot into shreds and add appropriate amount of salt. Let it sit for a quarter of an hour.

Use your hands to squeeze out the water from the shredded radish.

Add an egg, minced green onions, thirteen spices, ginger powder, pepper, and chicken essence. Because you have already added salt before, don’t add it again. Or adjust it according to personal taste.

After mixing, add flour and starch. Stir well.

Shape into meatballs.

Heat the oil 80%, add the meatballs, and fry for three to four minutes. It’s ready when it changes color
