Steps
-
Wash and finely chop 4 pieces of purple cabbage, put it into a food processor, add about 200 ml of water and puree.
-
Strain the cabbage juice and add appropriate amount of baking soda to adjust to your favorite color. (The amount of baking soda is about 1 teaspoon)
-
Put the kale juice into the bread machine, then add all the ingredients except butter, start the dough kneading process for 10 minutes, add room temperature softened butter and continue kneading until the end. (Republic twice)
-
Let the dough rise in half.
-
Take out the fermented dough and flatten it to deflate.
-
Divide into 12 small portions, cover tightly with plastic wrap and rest for 10 minutes.
-
Take a small portion and roll it into round thick slices. Use a knife to cut crosswise without cutting in the middle. As shown in the figure
-
Wrap in bean paste.
-
Lift one end to wrap the red bean paste
-
Then wrap the opposite piece and pinch it tightly.
-
Lift it toward the other piece and pinch it tightly.
-
Wrap the last piece tightly into a flower to finish.
-
Place all the shaped dough into a greased baking pan. Put it in the oven and start the fermentation pan for the second fermentation until it doubles in size. (While fermenting, put a cup of warm water to maintain humidity during fermentation)
-
Take out the fermented dough and lightly brush the surface with egg wash. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance.
-
Place the dough brushed with egg wash into the middle shelf of the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
-
Finished product. Let cool until lukewarm and store in a sealed container.
