【Sweet bean rolls】——Bread machine version
Overview
These days, taking the little guy to training classes makes him tired and I am tired. I originally thought that taking time off to accompany him during the summer vacation would give me a lot of time to do my favorite baking. But now, I don’t dare to hope for that anymore. . . It turned out that I didn’t expect to do homework at all, and the little guy had to keep an eye on it while doing it, otherwise he would just keep playing and playing, and the time spent playing would be wasted. . . I finally squeezed out some time yesterday, but I didn’t dare to mess too much. I finally made a loaf with a bread machine, but it was rolled with honey red beans that we both like. It’s the best breakfast today~~ Ingredients: 300g high-gluten flour, 4g yeast, 36g fine sugar, 5g salt, 24g egg liquid, 180g milk, 24g butter, appropriate amount of honey red beans

Steps
-
Put all the ingredients except butter and honey red beans into a bread bucket and secure the bucket in the bread machine
-
Select the dough mixing program, set the time for 30 minutes, start the program, and add butter after 20 minutes
-
At the end of the program, place it at room temperature for basic fermentation
-
Ferment until about 2 times in size (dip your finger in flour and poke a hole in the center of the dough. If the hole does not shrink or collapse, it is ready)
-
Take out the dough, deflate it, and divide it into 6 portions
-
After rolling, let rest for 10 minutes
-
Take a piece of dough and roll it into an oval
-
Press a short edge thinly and sprinkle an appropriate amount of honey red beans
-
Then fold it in half along the long side
-
Roll up from one end and pinch tightly
-
Follow the above method to shape
-
After all the shaping is completed, put them into the bread bucket; fix the bread bucket and select the fermentation and baking program
-
The bread machine begins secondary fermentation, and will automatically enter the baking stage after fermentation is completed
-
After the program is finished, take out the bread, let it cool and then seal it and store it
