Cake that looks like real flowers
Overview
I bought a new oven and wanted to try its function and make a bouquet cake. The amount of 3 eggs can bake about 18-20 cupcakes with a diameter of 3.5CM. !

Steps
-
Heat three eggs in warm water. Note that the water does not need to be boiled. Just keep it warm. This will make it easier to beat the whole eggs.
-
Add 90 grams of fine sugar to the whole eggs and beat until the eggs turn white. Lift the whisk and the egg liquid can accumulate on the surface and will not disappear quickly.
-
Sift in 90 grams of low flour in three batches, and mix thoroughly each time.
-
After melting the butter in heat-proof water, add it to the cake batter and preheat the oven;
-
Pour the prepared cake batter into the paper mold, and then add it to the baking tray.
-
The temperature is 175 degrees, the upper and lower fire modes, the baking time is about 20-23 minutes, and it is baking.
-
Find a tall small bowl, remove the paper mold from the baked cake and stuff it into the bowl. Then insert toothpicks at the bottom of other small cakes to make a bouquet.
-
To make Italian buttercream, add sugar and water and cook to 110 degrees. Pour into the egg whites that have been whipped into neutral foam. Continue beating until stiff. Then add it to the whipped butter. Add lemon juice and continue beating. If there is oil and water separation like tofu dregs at the beginning, don’t mind. You can continue beating with warm water until it is as smooth as the picture.
-
Add pigment to adjust the color.
-
For two-color buttercream, you can use two small piping bags to put different colors of buttercream respectively, and then put them into a large piping bag. I used Yingtai's piping bag.
-
On the small cake, extrude the pattern clockwise from the center point outwards,
-
Continue to insert toothpicks into the finished cake and insert it back into the bowl.
