Homemade Rose Jam
Overview
The fragrance of roses is tangy after opening the bottle of homemade rose jam. It tastes very good when spread on bread or poured into water.

Prepare about 50 fresh edible rose petals (it looks like a lot, but they will be melted and compressed just like making jam), soak the petals thoroughly in drinking water and wash them.

Add sugar and salt. (Pick off the stamens, leaving only the petals)

Place the petals into a clay bowl.

Gently rub the rose petals until the oil and water are released from the petals.

Finally, put the kneaded roses into the container (you can sprinkle another layer of sugar on the surface), then cover the bottle cap, and seal it for two months before eating.

Then put it in a cool place for about 3 months. As soon as you open the jar, you will have a tangy rose fragrance
