Crush the cooked pumpkin, add sugar and osmanthus, stir and melt, or use a food processor to puree the pumpkin

Add yeast powder and stir to melt

Add pumpkin puree to flour

If it’s too dry, add pumpkin puree; if it’s too wet, add flour and knead into a smooth dough

Cover with plastic wrap and ferment until doubled in size

Cut the exhaust into small pieces and ferment until doubled in size

Steam in boiling water for 15 minutes
