Swan Ice Cream Puffs
Overview
It was my first time to learn how to make swan puffs, and I didn’t look very good at it! Especially the neck is particularly difficult to do! Let’s just take a look! I put ice cream in the middle, and it was melting while it was being made because it was too hot!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Put butter, salt and water in a small pot and bring to a boil
-
Sift the flour into the butter water
-
Use a spatula to stir evenly, put the small pot back on the fire and heat over low heat while stirring constantly until a thin film forms on the bottom of the pot and turn off the heat
-
Beat the eggs, put the dough into a basin, add the egg liquid in batches, and stir while adding
-
Stir into a smooth batter
-
Put the batter into a piping bag
-
First cut a small opening in the piping bag and squeeze out 2 characters on the baking paper. It is best to squeeze out two shapes, front and back. I only squeezed out one type
-
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes. After that, leave it in the oven for a while before taking it out
-
Then cut a larger opening in the piping bag and squeeze out a drop shape on the baking sheet
-
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake for 25 minutes, then leave it in the oven for 10 minutes, take it out and let it cool
-
Cut the puff in half from the middle to the bottom, and then cut the top half in half
-
Usually there is whipped cream in the middle, I use homemade ice cream
-
Fill the bottom space with ice cream, insert the neck in front and add the wings, and dot the eyes with chocolate sauce
