Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the pork tenderloin into large pieces, shred it, add a little green onion and mince it into a meat filling.
-
Add salt, soy sauce, oil, monosodium glutamate, and cooking oil to the meat filling and stir well.
-
Clean the green peppers. It is best to pick straight peppers. I grew them myself, so they can only look like this.
-
Remove the handle from the pepper and cut it from the side, take out the core and tendons, and try not to damage the pepper skin.
-
Stuff the meat into the peppers using any tool you feel comfortable with.
-
Arrange the stuffed peppers into a non-stick pan brushed with a little oil, try to fry the meat side down, and fry over low heat.
-
When one side changes color, turn it over. If you are afraid that it is not cooked enough, you can cover the pot and simmer. The meat filling will be oily. If you think it is too much, you can remove it with a grate.
-
Add a little soy sauce, starch, MSG and water to the sauce in a small bowl.
-
When the meat filling is cooked, pour the sauce into the pot, pour the soup over the peppers while it's hot, turn off the heat and serve on a plate. The color is not pretty, but the taste is great.
