Purple sweet potato buns
Overview
Homemade purple potato sauce and light cream dough, this is a milky and slightly sweet sweet bread, and it is also my family's favorite. Every time I make a larger quantity, you can make it in half! May the Mid-Autumn Festival bring beautiful flowers and a full moon, 😄

Ingredients
Steps
-
Put all the materials into the machine and knead out the film to make small meal bags. No need to use gloves.
-
Leave to ferment in a warm place until 2.5 times in size
-
After the fermentation is completed, take out the deflated dough and divide it into 70g small dough. Knead it into a round shape and let it rest for 15 minutes.
-
Wrap in 30g of homemade purple sweet potato filling
-
Close the mouth downward and flatten slightly with your hands. Make four cuts on the top, bottom, left, and right of the dough, leaving some space in the middle that cannot be cut!
-
Make another cut on each of the four petals, arrange them and put them in a warm place.
-
After fermentation has doubled in size, brush one end of the rolling pin with egg wash, dip some water and stick sesame dots in the middle of the flower bag to serve as the center.
-
Heat the upper and lower layers to 180 degrees for 16 minutes. Mine is a tender oven. You can adjust the temperature according to your own oven!
-
Immediately after taking out the oven, place it on a drying rack to cool, and the flower bag is ready!
