How to cook Shrimp Pasta at home

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the raw materials (I’m used to using onions, ginger and garlic when cooking, so I accidentally added an extra green onion, so ignore it).
-
Add water to a pot and bring to a boil with a pinch of salt, add the pasta and cook until the pasta is cooked and has no hard core (I cooked it for 10 minutes).
-
Remove and transfer to a plate. Add a little olive oil and mix well to prevent sticking. (Or you can put it in cold water and it won’t stick)
-
When cooking noodles, you can wash and remove the shells of the shrimps, remove the shrimp lines, and make a slash on the backs of the shrimps.
-
Chop the onion and garlic into mince, cut the chives into small pieces, and chop the tomatoes into chunks.
-
Heat the wok and pour in the olive oil. When the oil temperature is 50% hot, add the onion and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
-
Add tomatoes and shrimps and sauté until tomatoes are soft.
-
Add light soy sugar and stir-fry evenly.
-
Add tomato paste and stir-fry until evenly combined with the base ingredients.
-
Add appropriate amount of salt and chives and stir-fry evenly.
-
Add ground black pepper and stir evenly.
