Small soybean sprouts, set aside.

Rinse clean and drain.

Wash the bitter melon, cut it in half, remove the scoop, then cut the bitter melon diagonally into slices, soak in salt water for 5 minutes to remove the bitterness, and set aside.

Slice garlic and set aside.

Heat a pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, add garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add bean sprouts and bitter melon, season with appropriate amount of salt and a little light soy sauce, stir-fry until the bean sprouts are soft.

Take out of the pan and serve immediately.
