Request Data Deletion
If you would like us to delete your personal data, please send an email to support@wifes.recipes. At this time, we only process deletion requests submitted by email.
How to Submit Your Request

Subject line: Data Deletion Request
In your message, please include:
- Full name
- Email address associated with your account
- Any other identifiers (e.g., username, order ID) that will help us locate your data
- A clear statement that you are requesting deletion of your personal data
- Your country/state of residence
- Confirmation that you are the account holder (or authorized agent)
Example:
"I am requesting deletion of my personal data associated with [your email]. I reside in [your region]. I confirm that I am the account holder."
Verification
To protect your privacy, we may ask you to verify your identity via a reply to the email address on file or by providing limited additional information to confirm account ownership.
What Will Be Deleted
Upon verification, we will delete or de-identify personal data associated with your account, except where retention is required or permitted by law (e.g., fraud prevention, security, or legal obligations).
Timing
We aim to acknowledge your request within 7 days and complete eligible deletions within 30–45 days of verification. If we need more time, we'll let you know why and provide an updated timeline.
Effects of Deletion
- You may lose access to your account and related content.
- Certain features or purchases may become unavailable after deletion.
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
If You're an Authorized Agent
If you're submitting on behalf of someone else, include proof of authorization (e.g., signed permission, power of attorney) and the email address of the account holder.
