McFlurry Mango Ice Cream
Overview
I bought a box of mangoes at home and couldn't finish them, so I thought of a way to make them into ice cream. I found that they looked like Haagen-Dazs. Not bad, I will make strawberry and banana ones in the future~~

Steps
-
Put the egg yolks into the egg beater. Add sugar and beat with a whisk until milky white, add lemon juice to remove any fishy smell and mix well, then pour in milk and mix well. Cook the custard mixture over low heat until it thickens (stir while cooking to avoid sticking to the pan), pour it out and let it cool for later use.
-
Take the mango pulp and blend it into a blender to make mango puree. I forgot to take a photo of this, only the container of mango puree is left. Haha
-
Shake the light cream well, pour it into a container, add sugar, and use an electric mixer to beat at medium speed until it is 60% creamy
-
Pour the mango puree into the cooled custard mixture several times and stir evenly. Then pour it into the whipped cream and mix well
-
Put the processed ice cream paste into a sealed box, put it in the refrigerator to freeze, take it out every half hour and scrape it loose with a spoon, repeat 5-6 times
-
At this point, you can basically freeze it for a long time
-
Take out the ice cream and use a spoon to scoop it into round balls, sprinkle with crushed Oreos and decorate with chocolate bars
