Seaweed Pancake
Overview
I bought two packs of sushi seaweed at a Hong Kong store and planned to make sushi for my baby when I got home. However, the baby didn't like to eat even one sheet of seaweed. What to do with the leftover seaweed at home? What to do? Make a seaweed pancake, it’s great for eating by yourself or giving it to friends.
