Banana Egg Pancakes

Banana Egg Pancakes

Overview

I saw others using a frying pan to make pancakes, so I gave it a try. It just so happened that my baby didn’t eat very well these days, so I improved the method and gave the baby healthy pancakes without additives. If you like sweet taste, you can add sugar when making them. Because you want to feed your baby, there is no added sugar in the method.

Steps

  1. Prepare ingredients: about 2 taels of flour, 1-2 eggs, 1 bag of fresh milk (243ml), and 1 banana.

  2. Grind the banana into a puree. I use a grinder for baby food. If you don’t have tools, you can put the banana in a plastic bag and crush it with a rolling pin.

  3. Add milk and egg yolks (I don’t add egg whites because I want to feed them mainly to babies. If they are for babies over one year old or adults, you can add whole eggs) into the mashed bananas and stir evenly.

  4. Pour in the flour and stir while pouring until the consistency is moderate. Stir for 8-10 minutes. Make sure the flour is completely melted, otherwise there will be dry flour on the cake.

  5. Put on a non-stick pan, you can control the shape and size of the pancakes by yourself, just use medium to low heat.

  6. Out of the pan, it’s my first time to make banana pancakes. I didn’t control the heat well. I hope I can improve next time. I made several small ones for the baby to eat.
