First, let’s make soy milk. Take 100 grams of soybeans, wash them, and use my wall-breaking machine to grind the dry beans directly into soy milk. If your soymilk machine cannot make dry beans, you need to soak the soybeans in water in advance.

Add the soybeans to the cup of the wall-breaking machine. I use a no-wash soymilk machine. The bean ingredients and water should be separated.

Simply add water to the water tank behind the wall breaker and follow the prompts to add it to the maximum level.

Select the dry bean function, select the capacity of 1000 ml, then press start, and the grilled fish will automatically make soy milk and cook it.

The cooked soy milk is delicate and silky, you can drink it directly, you don’t have to worry about cleaning the machine, it will automatically clean, dry and disinfect.

Pour the cooked soy milk into the casserole and add Japanese miso and Japanese soy sauce to taste.
