I like to eat spicy crayfish. Restaurants outside are unhygienic and expensive. I bought frozen lobster tails from a certain store. I made my own recipe and can enjoy the delicious food at home!

Prepare the ingredients and wash the lobster tails

Prepare sauce, cooking wine, seasoning sauce, light soy sauce, pour into a bowl and set aside

Add oil to the pot, sauté chopped green onion, chili🌶️, and pepper until fragrant, add lobster and shrimp tails, and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in the sauce and an appropriate amount of water. About 250ml of water was used

Cook over medium heat until the juice is reduced. For those who have a salty taste, you can also add an appropriate amount of cooking oil for seasoning.
