Bean Paste Toast
Overview
I made a lot of red bean paste and used part of it to make a bread machine version of toast.

Steps
-
Stir the eggs, water and salt together and pour them into the bread machine
-
Add high-gluten flour and yeast powder on top
-
Start the dough kneading program. My bread machine lasts for 20 minutes. After completion, add the softened butter and start the dough kneading program. My program continues kneading the dough for the first 20 minutes
-
After the dough is kneaded and the dough reaches the expansion stage, the glove film can be pulled out,
-
Take out the impeller and let it finish rising. Let the dough rise 2-3 times in size.
-
Take out the risen dough and let it rest for 15 minutes, then roll it into a rectangular shape
-
Spread the bean paste and roll it up. I forgot to take a photo of the process of spreading the bean paste
-
Place in a bread bucket and let rise again. This time I didn’t use a bread machine and let it ferment naturally until the bucket was almost full
-
After it has risen, brush the surface with egg wash and sprinkle some sesame seeds,
-
Turn on the baking function, stop manually after 40 minutes, and pour out the bread.
