Overview
Pan-fried fish is so simple that I’m embarrassed to post the recipe again. Thin-bodied fish like this, such as hairtail, tongue fish, side-mouthed fish, etc., can be salted and fried directly to retain their original flavor. Of course, you can also coat the fish in flour and eggs and fry it.
