Unparalleled fragrance - flower cookies
Overview
Squeezing cookies has always been a headache for me. I have tried many recipes. They were either too dry and even the piping bag could be squeezed out, or they were too wet and the baked patterns were gone. After many attempts, I lost confidence in cookies until I came across this recipe. It is really easy to use. Not only can I squeeze out the batter easily, but the baked cookies are also very beautiful! Definitely worth trying.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Add powdered sugar to melted butter at room temperature (I didn’t have enough white powdered sugar, so I used a small amount of brown sugar powder)
-
Use a whisk to beat the butter until it becomes thicker and slightly white in color.
-
Add light cream and continue to whip
-
Sift together the flour and salt, mix into the whipped butter, mix evenly with a spatula, and put into a piping bag
-
Pipe the flowers, making sure to leave a certain amount of space between each flower.
-
Place the baking sheet into the middle rack of the preheated oven and bake at 160 degrees until browned
-
After cooling, it can be eaten. After cooling, it can be stored in a plastic bag for a few days.
