Complementary food for 9 months and above: carrot and meat floss toast
Overview
Many children don't like to eat carrots. The color of this toast I made with carrots is very beautiful, and there is no smell of carrots at all. I also added a little meat floss and this bread is sugar-free and salt-free. I usually make it with high-sugar resistant yeast. This yeast can be used with or without sugar. Of course, you can also use ordinary yeast. The carrots here must be steamed and pureed, so that they will be more delicate. Use ice water to knead the dough in summer, and use room temperature water to knead the dough in winter. Be sure to take the toast out immediately after baking, otherwise the inside of the oven will collapse. Allow it to cool before slicing otherwise it will deform. It is okay to freeze and store it for one month after slicing. However, do not refrigerate it if it is stored at room temperature for two days. It will age in advance, dry out and become unpalatable

Ingredients
Steps
-
Peel and cut carrots into cubes and steam.
-
Puree with a cooking stick.
-
Put all 250g of carrot puree, 250g of high-gluten flour, 250g of yeast, 3g of meat floss, 10-20g of butter, and 15g of butter into the bread machine and press the start button.
-
The bread machine will automatically knead the dough and ferment it. It doesn't matter what color or weight variety you press to start. I just press 1 as the default.
-
This is the state of fermentation. After three or four hours, it will beep to remind you that the bread is ready.
-
Take it out and let it cool immediately, then seal it and store it at room temperature or frozen.
