Milky Sago Pumpkin Cup
Overview
For a nutritious breakfast for the family, I tried the pumpkin cup today. I didn’t sleep well all night, so I got up at 6 a.m. to prepare the ingredients. If you make it yourself, you will have plenty of food and clothing. It’s rare that the whole family will love it. It’s worth it.

Steps
-
Prepare ingredients, sago, small pumpkin, taro, milk
-
Soak the sago until it absorbs water and swells
-
Dice taro
-
Boil water, cook sago until translucent, set aside, don’t overdo it, because it will be steamed later
-
Boil the taro until soft and still melted, add a little sugar
-
While cooking the taro, fix the pumpkin cup in the steamer and steam it simultaneously, which can save time
-
When the taro is cooked and the pumpkin is half cooked, add the taro, sago and milk and continue steaming
-
When cooked, remove from the pot and steam over high heat for 15-20 minutes. You can use chopsticks to test if it's done.
-
The pot is on! My son’s small suction bowl came in handy to fix just enough
-
Since I prepared a lot of ingredients, I added some osmanthus to the extra sago and taro and made it into osmanthus sago soup. You can eat it alone or add it to the pumpkin cup. It’s awesome!
