Prepare materials. Place the ice cream bucket in the refrigerator and freeze until the frozen liquid solidifies.

Cut the vanilla pod open with a knife

Pour the milk into the pot, scrape out the vanilla seeds with a knife, add them into the milk, add the chopped vanilla pods together, cook over high heat until the milk is warm, then turn off the heat immediately.

Mix egg yolks and sugar and beat until the color of egg yolk changes from yellow to white.

Slowly pour the milk liquid into the beaten egg yolk paste, stirring while pouring, not too fast, otherwise the egg yolks will be cooked.

Stir the egg batter evenly.

Pour the mixed paste back into the pot and heat over low heat while stirring. The temperature measurement should not exceed 85 degrees, quickly turn off the heat and remove from the heat. (The egg batter begins to thicken and bubble)

After the cooked egg batter has cooled, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. After chilling, pour in the light cream and mix evenly.

Pour into ice cream bucket

Turn on the machine and stir.

Stir until the ice cream machine makes a clicking sound, then turn off the power immediately.

Put the ice cream into a container and freeze it for 2 hours to solidify
