Low-fat egg rolls
Overview
This recipe comes from Feijuan’s new idea of delicious pastries. I originally wanted to make her regular version of egg rolls first, but then I changed my mind and decided to make this low-fat egg roll with added sugar first. Because I really don’t want my family to eat snacks that are too oily. If you tried the oily version first, you might not be able to accept the low-fat version. I also reduced the 40 grams of sugar in the original recipe to 30 grams, which is actually 33 grams. 3 grams more is just 3 grams more. I am too lazy to reduce it. It should be said that the effect of this egg roll is quite good. It may not be crispy enough, but it is very crispy. No one protested about the sweetness. It seems that there is no need to try the crispy egg roll. Why do you eat so much oil?
