Weigh out 100g of strawberries.

Place in grinder and grind into puree.

Weigh out 150g of cream and melt at room temperature.

Chop remaining strawberries and set aside.

Mash the cream with chopsticks and beat with an electric mixer at medium speed until it becomes solid.

Pour in the strawberry puree and chopped strawberry pulp.

Use an electric mixer on low speed to mix evenly.

Put it into the container.

Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator overnight.

The prepared strawberry pulp ice cream is a surprise. You can taste the pulp in every bite, which tastes like when you were a kid.
