Wash the leek moss, remove the flowers and cut into inch sections.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add the leek and stir-fry until it becomes soft.

In another pot, add apricot cells torn into long strips and stir-fry.

Stir-fry until king mushrooms turn yellow and become soft.

Add the fried leek and mix well.

Add salt and oyster sauce to season and serve.
