Baked sugar cake
Overview
There was 80g of fresh milk left over from making bread, which was not used. I remembered that my mother made the most memorable dough pancakes. I hadn’t made them for a long time, so I added a box of yogurt and kneaded the dough at night to ferment naturally. The next day, I saw that the dough had risen really well. I mixed it with baking soda and wrapped it with sugar.
