Overview
Buy a few pieces of salted pork knuckles in the supermarket, defrost them and slice them into slices. They are great for drinking, and they can also be used for stir-fry. They are chewy and refreshing.

Heat the pork knuckle, slice it into slices, add about 1 tablespoon of oil to the pot, and saute the pork knuckle slices until fragrant. There is no need to wash the pot, leaving oil at the bottom of the pot;
