Chop 2 spinach heads

Put the spinach into a basin or bowl, and add a spoonful of flour (for one person, use the spoon in the rice cooker. If you don’t have a spoon, you can grab a handful and a half of flour with your hands)

Add an egg, a small amount of salt, chopped green onion (optional or not), a small amount of water and start stirring.

Heat a little oil in the pot, add the stirred ingredients, use a spatula to shape it, wait for a minute or two and then turn the cake over to heat. When it is slightly brown, take it out of the pan.

In the finished product, you can also use cucumber, cabbage, and other green leafy vegetables instead of spinach. It is simple, convenient and delicious.
