  1. Put milk, light cream, eggs, sugar, flour and yeast into the bread machine barrel in order

  2. Start the kneading program for 15 minutes.

  3. Add softened butter and continue kneading for half an hour until the dough reaches the expansion stage

  4. Let the dough ferment for 40 minutes.

  5. After the fermented dough is deflated, divide it into dough pieces of about 10 grams each.

  6. Wrap in a ripe almond

  7. Close the mouth tightly and face downward

  8. Put it into a baking pan and put it into the oven for secondary fermentation at 35 degrees for 40 minutes. Put a bowl of hot water in the oven

  10. Coat the surface with egg wash and sprinkle some almond slices.

  12. Bake in the middle rack of the oven at 170 degrees for 10-12 minutes
