Meat floss and banana toast
Overview
Although the skin of a ripe banana begins to oxidize and turn black, the inside is still white and tender. What you want in the end is a super sweet taste. This time I made toast, added mashed banana to the dough, and wrapped it in homemade meat floss. You can smell the aroma when baking~
