Steps
-
Wash the clams. Beat the eggs, add a little salt and oil, and pour in tap water. The ratio of water to egg liquid is 2:1. If the eggs are taken out of the refrigerator, let them cool down to room temperature.
-
Boil water in a small pot, pour in the clams and cook until fully boiled. Take them out.
-
Get a deeper plate and grease the bottom with some oil.
-
Place the clams on a plate.
-
Place a sieve in the middle and pour the beaten egg mixture over it. It tastes better when sifted.
-
Don't pour too much egg liquid, and the clams should be exposed to make the shape more beautiful.
-
After the water in the pot is boiled, put the egg liquid into the pot and steam until cooked.
