Overview
Jelly jelly is one of the Han nationality foods and is popular throughout China. Mixed with soy sauce, vinegar and chili oil, it is cool and smooth, making it a summer flavor food. In the south, it refers to the green or black gelatinous solid made from jelly grass and rice, which can be used as a thirst quencher in summer.
