Wash the tomatoes and blanch them in a pot of boiling water;

Peel and cut into small pieces;

Heat oil in a wok, add ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant;

Add diced tomatoes and stir-fry;

Fry out the sauce and add a spoonful of tomato paste;

Pour in the diced Longli fish fillet (after dicing, add a little rice wine and marinate for 5 minutes);

Cover and simmer for two to three minutes;

Remove from the pan and add a little salt to taste;
