Stir-fried green beans (rarely oil version)
Overview
I especially like to eat stir-fried beans, but every time I feel it’s too oily, so I’m too lazy to make it. I always added minced meat in the previous ones, but every time there’s always leftover, so I won’t add minced meat this time.

Steps
-
I didn’t buy cowpeas this time, but it’s good to make them with morning beans. First, break the beans into small pieces, wash them and drain them
-
Put about a pan of oil
-
Add the beans without boiling the oil too much. The key is to add a little salt to add flavor and prevent burning, haha
-
Fry the beans until they peel
-
Leave a little bit at the bottom of the pot, add pepper, chili pepper, and garlic and sauté until fragrant
-
Add beans, salt and chicken essence, stir-fry for half a minute
