Oil-free version of fried chicken steak
Overview
Fried chicken steak and deep-fried chicken steak, every time I see them in the supermarket, I feel that they are too greasy to chew. There is always a circle of people in front of this stall to buy them. Once in a while, I buy them, but I feel full of guilt when I eat them; Once I took a few bites, I was immediately overwhelmed by the aroma and never wanted to eat fried food again. Looking at the recipes I posted, none of the dishes were fried, at most they were deep-fried. After I got the new air fryer home, I used it to make fried chicken steak, but without using a drop of oil, the effect was great

Remove the fascia from the chicken breast, wash it, and slice it in the middle. Do not cut it into sections, but make it into one large piece. Use a meat mallet or the back of a knife to pound it to loosen it up
-
Spread black pepper sauce on both sides and marinate for 30 minutes to absorb the flavor
-
Put an appropriate amount of cheese on the chicken breast, place it halfway on the chicken breast, and fold the chicken breast in half to cover the cheese
-
Prepare 2 flat plates, one with beaten egg liquid and one with bread crumbs. Put the folded chicken breast into the egg liquid first, and cover both sides with egg liquid
-
Then put it into the bread crumbs and coat 2 sides with bread crumbs
-
Cover the fried chicken with tin foil and add the chicken steak
-
Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees for 4 minutes, then add the chicken cutlets, and continue to bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes
