Asparagus, Pea and Shrimp Salad
Overview
My mother was hospitalized and had no time to prepare and eat them. The peas she bought sprouted after being kept in the refrigerator for half a month. I quickly cooked them and ate them to avoid wasting them.

Wash the peas (pea shoots to be precise).

Pour cold water into pot.

Cooked.

Wash the prawns.

While the peas are cooking, cook the prawns.

Wash the asparagus, cut into sections, and remove the old skin from the roots.

Put the roots first and boil the pot.

Bring a pot to a boil over the middle part of the upper root and tip.

Finally add the asparagus tips.

Bring to a boil.

Remove asparagus.

Peel fresh shrimps.

Put the shrimp into the asparagus.

Add peas.

Wash the tomatoes.

Cut into hob cubes and place in asparagus bowl.

Use a grinder to grind some sea salt and black pepper.

Add to salad.
