Ingredients
Steps
-
After the lard is heated and melted, add sugar and stir evenly with a plastic spatula.
-
Add eggs and mix well.
-
Pour in the oats. Because the weather is cold, the mixture will be very hard and difficult to stir. It doesn't matter. Just stir it casually first.
-
Sift in the flour and baking powder and stir.
-
Add milk powder. If there is no skimmed milk, you can use something else. This milk powder is fragrant and nutritious, not bad ^_^
-
Wear disposable gloves and mix the ingredients that are difficult to mix evenly in the previous steps. Mix as much as you like in this step. Using gloves is really fast and convenient, a good thing.
-
After stirring, put it in a plastic bag and roll it flat with a stick.
-
Make it about 5mm thick and place it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
-
Take out, cut open the bag, cut into pieces, place on parchment paper, and preheat the oven at 150 degrees for 5 minutes.
-
Bake in the oven at 150 degrees for 10 minutes. Do not open the oven door immediately after baking. Let it sit for about 10 minutes before taking it out. After cooling, you can enjoy it*(^o^)/*
