Steamed potatoes with chopped pepper
Overview
Potatoes are a frequent guest on my family's dining table, so I buy a lot of potatoes during my weekly kitchen shopping. The potatoes you buy are easy to store and can be cooked in many ways. Use it to make a small stir-fry when you are busy, and use it to stew a large plate of chicken when you are free. All in all, no matter how you prepare it, it is a great meal.

Steps
-
Prepare ingredients.
-
Wash the potatoes, then add them to the pot and cook until they can be easily pierced with chopsticks. (This step can also be done in a microwave oven to save time.)
-
Take the potatoes out to cool, then remove the skins, as shown in the picture.
-
Cut the potatoes into cubes and place them on a plate as shown in the picture.
-
Chop the garlic into mince and add it to the chopped pepper, mix well, then add 1 spoon of light soy sauce and half a spoon of salt to taste. (Chopped peppers have a salty taste, so be careful when adding salt.)
-
Place the chopped peppers on the potatoes as shown in the picture.
-
Put the whole plate of potatoes into a pot of boiling water and steam over high heat for 5 minutes.
-
After steaming, take it out, then pour a little hot oil on the chopped peppers, then sprinkle a little chopped chives, and serve. (If you eat it during weight loss, don’t add oil.)
