Breakfast is the most important meal among the three meals a day. If you eat well and feel full, you can better concentrate on facing the new day. As an office worker, I am too lazy to go into the kitchen early in the morning to cook a big meal. Homemade thick yogurt is as creamy as cream. Spread it on a square bread slice, fill it with assorted fruit cereals, and top it with another square bread slice to create a filling sandwich. Such a breakfast can be completed in 5 minutes.
