Wash the processed crucian carp, drain the water from the fish belly, and stuff the sliced ginger into the fish belly to remove the fishy smell. Cut green onions into sections and set aside.

After the pan is hot, add a little oil. When the oil temperature rises, fry the fish until both sides are golden brown.
