Remove stems from tomatoes, cut into pieces, beat eggs and set aside

Pour out the scrambled eggs and set aside

Take a wok, heat the pan with a little base oil, pour in the tomatoes, stir fry constantly, stir out the red oil, add half a pot of hot water, cook until it bubbles, add 10ml of salt, put the noodles in and cook for 2 minutes

Finally, pour the eggs into the pot, cook for another minute and then serve on a plate. Sprinkle some chopped green onion and sesame oil. This is so sour! It’s comparable to Laotan pickled cabbage beef noodles!
