Overview
Cordyceps flower is named after a flower, but it is not a flower, but an artificially cultivated fruiting body of Cordyceps sinensis, commonly known as immortal grass, which is a fungus. Although it is not related to Cordyceps sinensis, it is also one of the commonly used medicinal materials. It has the functions of nourishing the lungs and kidneys, protecting the liver, nourishing yin and nourishing the skin, and improving immunity. Cordyceps flower is an orange-yellow grass, shaped like golden threads, with a crisp, tender and smooth texture and a unique aroma. It is best paired with chicken to make soup or steam it into a dish. It tastes extremely delicious and is a healthy way to replenish nutrients lost in summer.
