Steps
-
Except for the cheese and dried fruits, put all the other ingredients into the inner barrel of the pastry machine, press the dough function, and add the cream cheese after forming a dough
-
After two kneading procedures, the dough is smooth and delicate
-
A very thin glove film will appear after 3 kneading procedures
-
Add the soaked dried cherry tomatoes and raisins (the dried cherry tomatoes need to be chopped), and knead for about 3 minutes until evenly kneaded
-
Pour warm water of about 25 degrees into the outer barrel of the pastry machine, close the lid and start fermenting until it is 2~2.5 times in size. Dip your fingers into flour and poke the dough until it does not collapse or shrink. It is done in one go
-
Take out the dough, place it on a lightly oiled chopping board and press to deflate the dough, place it on top and let it rest for 15 minutes
-
Grease the silicone mold. Divide the dough into equal parts into balls and place them into silicone molds
-
Cover with plastic wrap, put a large bowl of hot water on the lower shelf of the oven, and perform final fermentation in the oven until doubled in size
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and brush the surface of the bread with egg wash
-
Place in the middle rack of the oven, heat up and down to 180 degrees, wait for about 13 minutes, when the surface of the bread is golden brown, it is ready to be baked
-
The toasted bread is so fragrant and soft when it's hot
