The candied haws on a stick is sour and sweet. Children love to eat it. They are afraid that the food outside is not clean, so they make it themselves

Remove the stalks of hawthorn and wash them

Use a fruit knife to remove the pistil from the top of the head

Cut it in half from the middle and remove the core. Just make sure to cut it in half

Take 150g rock sugar

Put it in a pot and simmer over low heat
