If you have time, cook some beef and keep it in the refrigerator. It will save you trouble when eating. It can be served cold, stir-fried, or seasoned according to personal preference. This time I just stir-fried it very simply and seasoned it with cumin and other ingredients, so I didn’t need to buy takeout skewers.

  1. Cut the cooked beef into large pieces about 3mm thick.

  4. Heat oil in a wok and fry the minced ginger and pepper until fragrant.

  5. Add onions and saute until fragrant.

  6. Add beef slices and stir-fry, pour a spoonful of oyster sauce. Stir constantly while adding seasonings.
