Lemon Honey Grilled Chicken
Overview
A grandpa gave me a bottle of honey brewed by his own bees, and I went to the market to find a wild lemon. I sliced the lemon, added it to the honey, sealed it and put it in the refrigerator for two weeks to make lemon honey. The honey consumed in Kaifeng is sour and sweet, and is very suitable for soaking in water and seasoning dishes, so I came up with the idea of using it to roast chicken.
