I usually like to eat hand cakes. I happened to have free time today, so I tried to make them.

Use an appropriate amount of warm salt water to knead the dough (do not make it too hard), and apply a layer of oil on the surface. Leave to wake up for a while.

Use an appropriate amount of soybean oil and an appropriate amount of flour and mix into a puff pastry.

Chop green onions.

Take a portion of the rested dough and roll it into a thin crust, pour in an appropriate amount of pastry and spread evenly.

Spread the green onions evenly.

Fold the cake in half, then use a knife to cut it as shown in the picture, being careful not to cut the edges.

Then open the cake and pull it to both sides to make the cake longer.

Roll it from one end inward, and roll it up as shown in the picture.

Then roll it into pancakes, apply an appropriate amount of oil on the pancake stall, and after preheating, put the rolled pancakes in and fry.

Fry one side until golden brown, then fry the other side.

After both sides are fried, use a shovel to tear the cake into pieces, and it will look like the hand cake sold outside.
